REFUNDS

wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We realize that sometimes
a product just does not work out. For such instances we have a 30-day
money back policy. Merchandise (except software) purchased from
us may be returned for a refund (minus the cost of shipping)
within 30 days of the invoice date, provided that you have a copy of a
valid invoice or sales receipt. |
 | All
returns for refunds must be accompanied with the original boxes,
manuals, cables, etc. in resell-able condition,
and we must be notified within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise
that has been damaged by the end user, and is not the result of a
manufacturer's defect, will NOT be refunded. |

WARRANTY
 | All
merchandise is covered by a full one-year manufacturer
replacement warranty.
 | Should
any computer hardware fail within one year of the purchase date, we
will, at our discretion, repair or replace it.
 | Merchandise
that has been damaged by (you) the end user, and is not the result of a
manufacturer's defect is not covered under warranty and will be returned
to the customer at his/her own expense.
 | The customer is
responsible for shipping charges when
returning hardware for service, exchange, or return.
 | All items
must be accompanied by their original boxes, manuals, cables, etc., and
all items must be in near-perfect condition
 | Stickers
and barcodes must not be removed from computer hardware; doing so may
void the warranty we provide, as well as the manufacturer's warranty.
 | All
returns must first receive approval by one of our
representatives. To receive authorization, you may contact
us or fill out an online return
form. Make
sure you include your name, invoice/sales receipt number, and a
detailed description of the problem or reason for return.
Packages sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted. |

PACKAGES
 | If
we ship you an item via COD, and if (you) the end-user refuse to accept
a package upon delivery, (you) the end-user will be billed
applicable shipping charges, restocking, and COD fees. |
